Rito shapes the Desiree armchair idea around the design is synonymous with sophisticated simplicity and features a compact, graceful design with a silhouette that looks as if it is flying. This project, created by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, won acknowledgements in Italy – the Archiproducts Design Award 2020 for instance, as well publication in the “Design for living” category of the ADI Design Index 2021 - and abroad - the Good Design Award 2021 and the recent German Design Award 2023.

The piece works as a compact lounge accent, adding upholstered comfort without overpowering the room.
