Pan

The Pan armchair, designed by Gordon Guillaumier, reinterprets the great design classics of the 1950s and 1960s Italian craftsmanship with a contemporary twist. Crafted through a meticulous process of steam-bending natural reed to achieve sinuous curves, later dyed in dark tones, it creates a dialogue between memory and modern living. Its enveloping U-shape and sequence of arches, each with unique curvature, highlight the artistry of handcrafted design. Contrasting the sculptural frame with a soft seat and backrest, the Pan armchair becomes a refined domestic sculpture, bringing a bold and elegant presence to the Frigerio living area.
