Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solomia Home (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data when you visit www.solomia-home.ae, contact us, request a consultation or submit an order.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Solomia Home is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are:

  • Showroom: Versace Home, Dubai Mall Zabeel, UAE
  • Email: info@solomia.ae
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +971 58 687 94 14
  • Opening hours: 10:00 AM–11:00 PM on weekdays; 10:00 AM–12:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Contact and enquiry data: your name, phone number, email address, message, project type, project scope, project location and preferred timeline.
  • Order data: billing and delivery name, address, country, city, phone, email, selected products, shipping and payment method, and order notes.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security events, cookie identifiers and analytics session information.
  • Preference data: cart contents, selected catalogue view and wishlist information stored in the session, cookies or local browser storage.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text enquiry or order fields.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • answer enquiries, arrange appointments and prepare design or product proposals;
  • process, deliver and support orders;
  • operate the cart, checkout, language, catalogue and wishlist features;
  • protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems;
  • measure website and form performance and improve our services;
  • meet accounting, legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.

We process data as necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, to comply with legal obligations, and—where required—on the basis of your consent. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated direct marketing unless you separately agree.

4. Forms, email and analytics

Contact, appointment and interior-design enquiries are sent to our business email system so our team can respond. Successful form submissions also create an analytics event. The analytics event uses a browser or session identifier and form-status information; names, phone numbers and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics by our server-side form event. An interior-design event may include the selected project type, scope, location and timeline.

Order information is stored in the website database and sent by email to Solomia Home and to the email address supplied with the order.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential technologies for security tokens, sessions, cart and checkout functions, interface preferences and wishlist storage. We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand website use and form performance. Cloudflare provides content delivery and security services and may set security-related cookies or process network data.

You can restrict cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent the cart, checkout, forms or saved preferences from working correctly. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

6. Who may receive data

We disclose personal data only as needed to operate the services, including to hosting, content-delivery and security providers; email and communications providers; analytics providers; delivery or payment providers selected for an order; professional advisers; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep data

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, completing and supporting orders, maintaining security records, and meeting legal, accounting and warranty obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required, unless applicable law requires longer retention.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, validation and abuse-prevention controls. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also ask a question or make a complaint about how we handle your data.

Send requests to info@solomia.ae. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

The website and our services are not directed to children. Please do not submit a child’s personal data through the website without appropriate parental or guardian authority.

11. External links and updates

The website may link to third-party websites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
