  • Order data: billing and delivery name, address, country, city, phone, email, selected products, shipping and payment method, and order notes.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security events, cookie identifiers and analytics session information.
  • Preference data: cart contents, selected catalogue view and wishlist information stored in the session, cookies or local browser storage.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text enquiry or order fields.

Contact, appointment and interior-design enquiries are sent to our business email system so our team can respond. Successful form submissions also create an analytics event. The analytics event uses a browser or session identifier and form-status information; names, phone numbers and email addresses are not sent to Google Analytics by our server-side form event. An interior-design event may include the selected project type, scope, location and timeline.

Order information is stored in the website database and sent by email to Solomia Home and to the email address supplied with the order.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential technologies for security tokens, sessions, cart and checkout functions, interface preferences and wishlist storage. We also use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand website use and form performance. Cloudflare provides content delivery and security services and may set security-related cookies or process network data.
