THE EMERALD HILLS PROJECT

Emerald Hills is an international project in Dubai where architectural precision meets natural aesthetics and tactile comfort: the space is built on a balance of refined marble and warm natural materials, where sandy tones, wood, and deep green accents integrated into stone and Minotti and Poliform furniture create an oasis-like atmosphere within the interior; the key concept is the element of water, with a custom waterfall at the entrance serving as an emotional point of arrival, light creating wave-like reflections across the floors, and the sculptural Splash chandelier by Lasvit acting as a dynamic focal point in the staircase area; bespoke solutions emphasize scale and character, including an oversized 50 cm marble skirting, a custom TV zone with metal panels and a backlit onyx feature, as well as curated art objects and travertine elements that together shape a space where architecture, art, and nature exist as one cohesive and expressive environment.
