Minikitchen

Boffi Minikitchen was designed by Joe Colombo. It is a mobile kitchen cube on wheels made of white Corian® with two swiveling casters and two casters with locking brakes. It contains a 60-liter fridge, an electric cooking plate, storage compartments, a chopping board, a pull-out top, and power sockets for small appliances.

It measures just over one meter wide, one meter high, and 650 mm deep. It won the silver medal at the XIII Triennale di Milano in 1964 and was exhibited at the MoMA in the 1972 exhibition Italy: The New Domestic Landscape. It is part of the permanent collection of the New York museum and other museums around the world.
