"A metal supporting structure" — the La Medusa table reads as "elegant lightness, further enhanced by the essential and slender top" (manufacturer's own copy). The steel structure is the visible base; there is no upholstered or wooden volume.
"Embellished with a three-dimensional version of the Versace logo at the bottom of the metal frame." The Medusa is set once, low, where the legs meet — so it reads from a seated diner's eye level rather than from above.
