Fushimi by Pianca

Pianca Fushimi is a coffee table family by Philippe Tabet, closely linked to the Inari series and inspired by the Fushimi Inari temple in Kyoto. It reinterprets the temple’s structure, traditionally formed of two vertical columns supporting a horizontal post, on a smaller scale.

Solid ash wood is the main material, milled and turned to avoid sharp edges and create a tactile surface. The joints are softly defined so the lines continue with unbroken continuity, with symmetry, balance, and formal minimalism shaping the overall look.
