Porada Torii
Torii is one of the most distinctive design pieces in the Porada collection. Inspired by the ancient gateways of Japanese Shinto shrines, designer Gino Carollo infuses this low stool with dynamic movement through fluid curves and flowing lines, shaping a form that feels both grounded and sculptural. Entirely crafted from solid ash wood, Torii celebrates the raw beauty of the material. Its single-material construction reflects purity and authenticity, while the ergonomic design offers surprising comfort. Versatile in use, it functions equally well as occasional seating in a living room, kitchen, or entryway. A fusion of symbolic form and functional freedom, Torii stands as a bold yet quiet protagonist in any setting.
