Polymer at Solomia Home lists the few pieces that use molded plastic parts: a bed and an ottoman with polymer shells, a walk-in closet with polymer fittings, a writing desk, a carafe and a dining piece for yachts, made by Flexform, Porada and Pinetti. Polymer is used where a shell or fitting has to be light, molded and easy to clean.

Each piece is finished in the same wood, leather and fabric cards as the rest of its maker's range. Solomia Home shows these items in its Dubai showroom.
