Italamp
company history

Italamp was founded in 1975 in Italy with the vision of creating decorative lighting that combined artistic craftsmanship with timeless elegance. In its early years, the company focused on classic Venetian-style lamps and chandeliers, working closely with skilled glassmakers and crystal artisans. These traditional techniques became the foundation of the brand’s identity.

Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Italamp expanded its collections and refined its manufacturing processes, maintaining a strong commitment to hand-crafted quality. As interior design trends evolved, the brand introduced more eclectic and contemporary shapes while preserving the artisanal essence of Italian glasswork. This balance of tradition and innovation helped Italamp gain international recognition.

In the 2000s, the company strengthened its presence in luxury residential and hospitality projects around the world. Italamp continued to invest in material research, experimenting with new finishes, refined metals, blown glass, and crystal techniques, allowing the brand to create distinctive lighting pieces that are both decorative and functional.

Today, Italamp remains a leader in high-end Italian lighting. All production is still carried out in Italy, where craftsmanship, design innovation, and premium materials come together. The brand is known for iconic chandeliers, sculptural pendants, and artistic lamps that bring a sophisticated atmosphere to modern and classic interiors alike.
