he DC 230/300, designed by Vincenzo de Cotiis in 2012, offers a new twist on capitonné diamond tufting, one of the most complex of classic upholstery techniques. In this case, it “softens" it to give it a more contemporary feel. The sofa, which has a continuous frame and a seat that almost invites you to sit back and relax, is supported by a solid wood base. The rear of the backrest, in curved plywood, is covered with leather. To provide extra scope for customisation, as well as being able to choose from the two sizes available, the DC 230/300 can come in fabric, leather or natural leather. To complete the living room area, it can be accompanied by the DC 145 armchair, which belongs to the same family.
