Buonanotte Valentina

Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance designed this project for Ceccotti Collezioni in 2008. A bed that has become a design icon and synonymous with harmonious beauty. Designed entirely in wood, with base in veneered plywood and frame in solid American walnut. The headboard is its most distinctive feature: a series of parallel horizontal lines that start at the floor, enclosed in a wooden frame. The embodiment of style and lightness of touch, it shows how a product synonymous with aesthetics and durability can also be imbued with a strong design culture. In the version with high headboard, the horizontal crosspieces are curved at the back to soften the frame. The low version, more compact, has also been redesigned with a headboard padded in leather or real leather, for a more modern appearance. As its name suggests, Buonanotte Valentina - Goodnight Valentina - is an invitation to relax.
