Big Table 10th Anniversary Special Edition

In 2009, Alain Gilles met Bonaldo, which led to the birth of an unusual idea for a bold project designed to create the history of the Big Table. In 2019, a limited edition collection dedicated to the anniversary was presented. A characteristic element of the BigTable is the base formed by four steel intersecting legs, as a result of which the perception changes according to the viewing angle. This is a game of counterweights, a magical contrast between the linearity of the tabletop and the dynamism of the assumed slope of the base. 10 years after the release of BigTable, it is proposed to release a limited edition collection to celebrate this fundamental stage in the history of what has become a true design icon. In the new version, the table has a rectangular marble top "Saint Denis" with a pronounced graphic pattern and an unusually rich color. The tabletop is combined with a steel base painted in the same color, creating a single whole that never ceases to amaze and inspire.
